Black Cat Organic Farm, located outside of Boulder, CO, grows heirloom wheat, corn, vegetables, herbs, pork and lamb. The farm mills flour for sale privately and at the Boulder Farmers market. The farm fully integrates animal and grain/vegetable production with an eye towards soil conservation and carbon sequestration.
